Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean with a good view from a small balcony, making it ideal for a short trip. The service was exceptional with helpful advice and assistance readily available. The location was super central, perfect for sightseeing, and easily accessible via various public transport options. The dining experience offered a good variety of food, although it could use more options for fruits and vegetables. The facilities were standard but had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with easy access to all the places I wanted to visit and plenty of dining options around. The rooms were tiny but clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The service was outstanding, especially Silvia who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a free appointment at a local pharmacy. However, the dining area was a bit cramped and the breakfast options weren't as varied as I hoped for.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was small but cozy, perfect for a couple, and had the most beautiful little balcony overlooking the busy street on one side with Rossio square in the distance and the stunning Tagus river on the other. The bed was smaller than expected from the pictures on my reservation, but overall, it was very comfortable and lovely to wake up to that view every morning. The service was top-notch, with little treats like Pastel de nata and chocolates left in the room. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with easy access to all the main sites and transportation. The dining experience was delightful, especially the fresh bread and Pastel de Nata. Facilities were great too!
The hotel offers small but well-planned rooms, like my favorite room 506, fitted with all the usual amenities. The service went above and beyond to ensure our absolute satisfaction, including a fantastic tour led by the friendly Gustavo. The location is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the old part of the city, though a bit noisy at times. The dining area, while good, can get crowded during peak times. Overall, a great place to stay in Lisbon.
I stayed in a superior double room that was small but well-equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. It was situated on the top floor, offering a view down 2 different streets and lots of natural light. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, which is crucial for me when choosing a place to stay.
I found this hotel to be quite comfortable and very clean, with nice toiletries and a mini bar. The rooms, however, are on the small side and lack a proper closet to put your clothes. The bathroom has a glass door, which compromises privacy.
